Licensed and approved Westfalen,
Rhineland, Weser-Ems and American Sport Pony Registry.

He went on to complete his 30 days test with an outstanding fourth place overall
with a score of 8.0, and individual scores of 9 on free jumping and 9 on

As a 3 and 4 year old, Lateran won many
riding horse tests, even against large warmbloods, including Dollman, who went
on to become Bundeschampion. He competed at the Bundeschampionat as a 3 yr old
in the dressage pony class, where he placed 9th in the final. As a 5 and 6 year old Lateran won many times at
first level dressage, again against large warmbloods. He went on to win at
second level as a 6 and 7 year old. In addition he competed successfully in open
jumpers, combined training and quadrille.
Lateran’s sire,
Lukas

pedigrees of many top sport ponies in Germany. Lukas' dam sire Night Star
1 was champion of the Westfalen keuring, champion of the stallion licensing
test, was second at the German DLG show in Frankfurt, and Vicebundeschampion of
all jumping ponies. Lateran’s mother,
Nenci, was sired by the
great Nordcap, and traces back to the influential lines of Nazim. Nenci was very
successful in dressage, jumping and eventing, and has given birth to 11 foals.
At the age of 29 she is still healthy and strong! Lateran’s brother,
Gigolo is
a top dressage pony in Great Britain, and was a member of the bronze medal
